KitAid is a charity, run entirely by volunteers, which arranges for unwanted sports kit to be collected, sorted and then sent out to children and adults across the world, who love the game but do not have any basic equipment to be able to play. In the past 11 years 100,000 items of kit have been collected and sent out to over 30 different countries in Africa, Asia, South America and Eastern Europe.
