Client Management and Services
Our Client Manager is on call to look after anything our players need or any requests they may have, from house hunting and relocating to accompanying clients on sponsorship engagements and media commitments.
We also have a Client Services and Administration Manager based full time in the London office to help with a variety of requests such as booking restaurants or holidays and ordering boots for clients.
Listed below are many of the services Base provides for their clients —
Mobile phone services
We have an excellent relationship with the mobile phones specialist Sport Mobile who provide us with an exceptional mobile phone tariff but who also pride themselves on the discretion they have in their service. We happily invite all our clients to benefit from our association with Sport Mobile.
Concert, theatre, restaurant and nightclub bookings
We have regular requests for reservations in and outside London and have established good contacts at many of the best restaurants. Theatre and sports bookings are also a forte - even at the last minute.
Holiday and flight bookings
At the end of the football season, we understand the need for and importance of a well-earned holiday. We work closely with several specialist travel agents who have provided us with an unrivalled service - whether for a simple flight only or a tailor-made holiday.
Car Purchasing, Insurance and Finance
We work with several companies across England to provide us with the best advice on all aspects of owning a car. As footballers carry high risk for insurance it can often be expensive as a player to own and drive a car. We offer an excellent service based on years of experience.
Flat and house hunting and relocation services
Because the business of football dictates where our clients live we have fine-tuned the experience of relocating homes, making it as stress free as possible. A network of agents across England and abroad assists us in this process - helping clients settle into a happy home in their new environment.
Schools, colleges and course information for yourselves or family members
Moving home often means finding suitable new schools. We happily co-ordinate with the football clubs in order to research the best schools for our clients’ children. If our players also have an interest in furthering their education or indeed taking further sports qualifications/coaching badges we will find exactly the right course for them in their area.
Building services
Relocating often means building services are required. We have successfully helped clients purchase and renovate on several occasions and have good relationships with building contractors and specialist tradesmen across the country.
Arranging gifts and special occasions
Base makes it our responsibility to help look after our clients’ families too. We are happy to arrange anything family members may require.
Ordering boots and apparel
We are happy to liaise with all the boot companies on our players’ behalf to ensure prompt delivery of the correct equipment to the address our clients desire.
Citizenship, visa and passport services
Many of our foreign players in England and indeed abroad choose to apply for residency. We use an expert legal service that specialises in Citizenship and Naturalization processes. We are also happy to get holiday visas for our clients if required.
